My prayer today
Thank you lord for my life
and all my blessings (including those disguised as challenges)
I love you
Since I first heard we will have guests I have been preparing in my mind all the amazing things we will do this Christmas, and again now as I’m putting in for holidays from work. Its a luxury for me to have extra time off work around Christmas, I haven’t had that for … 9 years!! So you can see why I am so happy! But no.. really I am so so excited for my parents and possibly also some much loved friends will be joining us.
Christmas will be full on Dane style, they really know how to do Christmas, so magical. Thanks H.C.Andersen. It’s really going to be quite special (My parents aren’t ones to normally leave their own abode at Christmas time) I’ll tell you more about the Jul plans later.. but for a taster this is one of the places we will visit..

Hi Emma,
make sure you take them to see the Christus in Vor Frue Kirk, at a time of day when it is dark outside and the darkness outside contrasts through the windows with the flickering candles and lights inside
Came across your blog yesterday, and so enjoyed it. Love what you have done with your flat!
((hugs))
Thankyou! I’ll be working on it some more this weekend.
I feel all Christmasy already just thinking of
The Christus ooh yeess.. plus I want to take them to see Morkirken with the amaaazing ceiling
