getting there
We have brought our sofa in off the balcony and back into the apartment!
Tomorrow the kitchen will get its final coat of paint, it look’s lovely and white and the floors look great. What a massive improvement from before. I can’t wait to see it all come together. We might have most of the kitchen in this week. Had a few minor problems along the way including that the work surface we wanted being just one centimeter too short! The larger ones to order in take six weeks to be delivered!! Other than that things are going fine really. I’m still hoping that it will be done in time for my birthday so I can have some nice celebration at home but I’ll be happy even if it is the week after.
Talking of celebrations, check out Mrs Lene’s fancy party decor.. So beautiful. Where was this woman at the time of my wedding! I’d have totally let her do all my wedding details for me.. ah. that would have been nice.

Technically I was at your wedding, you just didn’t know me yet ; ) But I promise that the next time you’ll get married the little guy and me will be there armed with sunflowers! … or maybe we’ll just go for a wedding anniversary rather than a wedding. Yeah, I think that will be better
I’m planning on having a huge 10 year anniversary party – a do over reception. The one I wish we’d had. 4 1/2 years til then! that’s the plan anyway. It might need to be our 15th. It’s going to be extravagant!
