hmm cake…

Today I made a colourful sponge cake for my girls (yw) using this ‘white cake’ recipe. I had so much fun! This cake recipe is extremely soft and yummy.

Ok.. so the mixture looked a bit like paint to begin with in my mad experiment lab. I added the mixture to the baking tin in spoonfulls and gave a tiny stir with a cocktail stick before putting it in the oven.

And voila! Colourful, spongey, cakey goodness. But now it’s all gone already. I guess I’ll just have to make another one.. (:
