A day that begins with your moma sending a text saying she loves you has to be a good start to any day? Sometime’s my life is pretty boring.. sometimes.. and then occasionally  I have a day that is action packed full of wonder. This was one of them. Somehow I managed to get a lot of it on camera!
I realised on my way home from work that I had my camera with me so thought I’d have a little fun- I’ve always wanted to record a journey from my bike- I imagined by film.. maybe next time.. It took me a while to bave taking pics while moving.. pretty dangerous, but I took most of them pointing the camera without viewing what was in the frame.. makes for more artistic images..? ;p

here goes..

first I have just gotten out of my work doors and see the autumny park and think.. ah so beautiful, if only.. wait a minute I HAVE my camera with me!

Then I point the camera to the ground where my bike is parked. The leaves have brought me so much pleasure the last month with their changing colours, I’m a little sad now they are approaching their final colour.

There is always a surprising amount of bicycles parked here, a sea of bikes. It always amazes me because I dont see very many people around there often.. I think its part of the university, as I was taking the pic a guy comes into it on a christiania style bicycle with a kidin the front- love them! Then off I go! I try to take a sneaky picture of his bike as he crosses and goes past me.. didn’t quite work..

Looks like alot of fun eh? It is. The sun shining and me enjoyig my wheels. I feel quite happy with my day already when…

  Then we go to the post office to pick up some packages that erm.. the post people have kind of messed up.. poor niels- he gets his bag at least that he has been wanting/needing/waiting for that he bought on ebay but has to wait for his new computer battery.. hes not so happy because we didn’t get any slip through the door and we already had post- My CPR no! YAY at last!!  It is tho in the wrong name, not to worry.. we’ll get that sorted! (it seems to take at least three visits anywhere here until they get it right) When we went to get the bag he had them track his battery too and he was told that on the system it has been noted as ‘arrived’ but they didnt have it so we go to the other post office and they dont either so.. the post man still has it? I guess he couldn’t get it through the letterbox? :S and we go away at the weekend.. maybe he will be able to get it tomorrow?

We go for a yummy lunch and on the way back home pass a paint shop that we have been watching which has a HUGE canvas in.. the perfect size for our plain white wall in the sitting room.. It has been reserved for months and we have gone in and seen it hasn’t been picked up.. we tried two times before to get it and finally the shop guy gave up waiting for his promised customer to return and sold us it, yay!! The canvas is taller than MrA but from these pictures you wouldn’t really know it.. a blank canvas this size is greatly exciting.. I almost have palpitations.. ok so not almost, I do!

So thats the end of my day? Nop.. we’r away to have dinner now with the hip posse.. that we know as family (:
