		<description>I thought I had posted on here my feelings about Poppy Day. This year the day was much more sombre than usual. It is very close to my heart too - probably for the same reasons as it is for you. It&#039;s a holiday here. I was quite sad reading friends blogs saying things like &quot;Happy Veterans Day&quot; and talking about how they didn&#039;t really know what the day was about but they were so glad for the day off. It was sort of sickening actually.
You&#039;re poppy is beautiful. I&#039;m glad that we were taught to really respect November 11th.</description>
