Jellloow can you go?
One of my ultimate favorite desserts looks like its getting a makeover! My mum used to make this, she added carnation milk for a sweet smooth creamy taste. I had a little jump for joy when I came across this low fat version on the wonderful colorful and inspirational site GreenLiteBites (where mother and child create meals together- cutee!) I saw this right after I’d made a version of it last night, which I will share because it is soo good and fun and simple it MUST be shared!! I can’t wait until I make it again now with different layers of flavor. I’m such a kid loving Jello so much- it never fails to make me smile and the more creative it gets the better!
Enjoy
Make it Mousse!
My ultimate favorite. After dissolving sugar free Jelly mix with 285ml (1/2pt) boiling water, leave jelly in fridge to cool until it begins to set and then add to the jelly 150g natural yogurt (if making strawberry flavor can add 115g/4oz crushed strawberries optional) and whisk all together on high speed until mixture appears to have doubled in volume.. pour into serving dishes/dish and chill until set. I like it with a little bit of lite whip cream on top.. mmm
Help yourself to a second serving because the whole lot totals just as many points as the yogurt values!

Mmmm. Yes. I likey! I also like fizzy jelly. I didn’t know it was condensed milk that was in it though. I thought it was evapourated. I love that picture. It’s so springy.
ah, my mistake- your right, evaporated it was! yikes
