Decent low ‘point’ meals

 low in ‘points’ and quick! spice up dull old baked beans- hopefully not too much kick!
Boston Baked Beans    serves 2
1 onion peeled and sliced, 5 mushrooms chopped, 1/2 tsp curry powder (more if wished), 1 415g tin baked beans, 1oz raisins, 1/2oz toasted flaked almonds, 1/2oz sunflower seeds, 1tsp mango chutney.
1 spray some frylite in pan and cook the onion for 3-4 min. 2 Add the chopped mushrooms and curry powder and cook for another couple of minutes. 3 stir in the baked beans then add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Cook for a few more minutes untill the beans are bubbling and hot. 4 Serve on slices of wholemeal toast, or top with a poached egg and crispy grilled bacon.
