Healthy, Happy and Realistic!
Pre-wedding planning included losing that few extra pounds. We began with our plan on how we were going to do it, the first few weeks went well, we researched, monitored, (weight graphs) encouraged used motivational methods and were enjoying it, and seeing a defenite difference, but whenever we spend time together in one anothers home country we lapse and takes time to get back on track. Im right now scared to even weigh myself because I’ll be disapointed if Ive put back on what took weeks of work to get off. I use a food points system, which at my local supermarket has a ‘points’ grade for several healthy living foods. Alowance of points per day depends on your age, weight and wether your male or female, I dont know how it works if you are both. I know I dont have to lose a lot of weight and Im feeling pretty happy with my shape, but I know I wont be satisfied if I live with my even slightly chubby arm pictures when I know I could have lost it! My lovey is doing a ‘no sugar, no junkfood, no excessively fatty foods’ diet. cutting down on portion sizes. It works for him.. mine works for me when i keep on track.. Got to get back on track. Today!
